Trial and error continues with my box making project. This morning I found the glue had not stuck to the hinges properly which means either that the doors are too heavy or as I am hoping, that there simply wasn't enough glue on them. So no I'm trying again with more glue and pressure. If it doesn't work I will have to think of some other way to attach the door to the hinge, such as drilling and putting in screws and then hiding them by covering the whole door with fabric or something. Well hopefully this will work and they will be fine tomorrow!
Also, I have now started planning small invitation cards for the blog. Here are my sketches so far:
Matthew de Pulford said all marketing for the same project should be kind of the same style. Therefor I will need to talk to Rachael and Jennie next week about what style we will go for and then adapt that into the cards. He also pointed out we should start spreading the cards
after we have something really interesting on the blog, such as an invitation to our exhibition.
